Everything families want to know.

How does the 2-week trial work?+
You enrol your child as normal. If for any reason you choose to withdraw within the first 14 calendar days, simply notify us in writing. We refund all tuition paid beyond 2 weeks, your deposit, and prorated field trip and online tool charges. The only non-refundable items are the registration fee, uniforms, and insurance — which we make clear upfront. There are no hidden conditions.
What is the school's language of instruction?+
UWP is an English-medium school. English is the primary language of instruction throughout the day. Alongside that, Mandarin is taught daily by a dedicated native Chinese teacher in focused, immersive blocks. This is not a half-and-half split — your child receives a full English education plus a serious, separate Mandarin programme.
Does UWP qualify for government subsidies?+
Yes. As an ECDA-approved centre, Singapore Citizens are eligible for childcare subsidies (including the Basic Subsidy and Additional Subsidy) that can significantly reduce monthly fees. Permanent Residents may also qualify for some subsidies. We recommend contacting us via WhatsApp for a personalised fee estimate based on your household income and citizenship.
What enrichment classes are available — and how do they work?+
UWP offers up to 5 enrichment sessions per week on campus, including Robotics & Coding, Speech & Drama, Taekwondo, Dance, Art, Sports, Gymnastics, Foreign Languages, Little Medical School, Little Banking School, Entrepreneurship, and Wushu. Classes run during or just after school hours — so there is no extra travel. They are offered by specialist providers and billed separately from tuition.
How do I book a campus tour?+

Campus tours are available weekdays during school hours — you'll see classrooms in full swing: children engaged in inquiry, music, movement, and hands-on projects. Weekend tours are available by appointment. We're also hosting an Open House on Saturday 18 April, 9AM–1PM — a great opportunity to bring the whole family.
Where is UWP located and how do I get there?+
We are at #03-09, i12 Katong, 112 East Coast Road, Singapore 428802. The nearest MRT is Marine Parade on the Thomson-East Coast Line. By bus, the school is served by multiple routes along East Coast Road. Parking is available within the i12 Katong mall.
What are the school hours and what happens before and after school?+
The school operates from 7AM to 7PM, Monday to Friday. We offer both full-day and half-day (AM or PM) sessions. Before and after core hours, children are supervised in a structured extended care programme — so whether you need an early drop-off or a late pick-up, UWP accommodates busy family schedules.
